There is no magic pill that will instantly change your body. Dieting, Exercise, Body Contouring and Plastic Surgery all require YOU to do something to prepare for and maintain results. Body Contouring is a non-invasive way to achieve good results. The key is being realistic about what can be achieved and doing what your specialist recommends for success. There is no "one-size fits all" plan for contouring because everyone's body is different. Not drinking enough water, not wearing compression, eating high sugar foods and drinking alcohol will likely minimize your results. Doing single sessions of Sculpting in not recommended unless it is for maintenance because some of the modalities are only affecting one thin layer of fat at a time. Conditions of inflammation can be corrected in a single session, but fat reduction is a gradual process.
