My name is Lanaya Okoro and I am the owner and primary specialist at O Body Self Care Studio. I have a Doctorate Degree in Nursing Practice and over 15 years of experience promoting health and wellness to my patients. The recent Pandemic showed me that we need to take better care of ourselves in general so that we can not only ENJOY life but prevent serious illness.
I opened this business to help people get back to a place of confidence and self-love. Products and services were created to aid in finding solutions to problems that cause dissatisfaction and stress.
